Scootours & Archery Teambuilding Combo at ARC – Berg River Dam

This combo pairs two distinct outdoor activities at ARC of Franschhoek, set against the Berg River Dam and surrounding mountains. Scootours are non-motorised gravity scooters, guided downhill along scenic trails; the experience also includes a scenic ascent by open 4×4 vehicle, offering breathtaking views of the dam and mountains along the way. Traditional archery at the dam introduces participants to bow-and-arrow shooting using classic recurve-style equipment, under guide supervision, at a dedicated range overlooking the water.

Groups larger than 15 people are split into two smaller groups, which rotate between the two activities so that both groups are active simultaneously, minimising waiting time and keeping the day moving.

Combining these two unique, outdoor activities gives teams a shared, memorable challenge away from the office — building communication, encouraging friendly competition, and creating a natural setting for colleagues to connect outside their usual roles.
